Parts Specialist 

Partshaus Ltd is a leading independent online supplier of genuine parts specialising in VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT & CUPRA. We are a small but rapidly growing company with an established online presence. We are based in rural Staffordshire, shipping across the UK and worldwide.

and you will have your opportunity to put your mark on the business. We are currently looking for someone with a passion for cars to become a valued member of our team. You will be a key player, so you will be expected to be proactive and flexible in what you do.

The role will be varied day to day, but initially the main responsibilities
will be;

-Adding parts stock to our e-commerce systems
-Processing customer orders alongside our dispatch team
-Assisting our sales & customer service team by responding to emails,
messages & phone calls

Essential skills:

-Knowledge of vehicles/vehicle parts
-Excellent customer service skills
-Self-motivated and able to manage time and workload efficiently
-Ability to work well within a small team
-Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
-Full UK driving license (occasional use of company vehicles required)
-Previous experience or knowledge of Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT or CUPRA
cars/parts is an advantage but not essential

The working hours are generally Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Full training will be given excellent employee perks for successful candidate. Starting salary of £28,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience.
